I am a military veteran and amateur radio operator interested in computing, Linux OS, and most issues about Internet and Net Neutrality, to include its availability to a broad scope of consumers in an environment that promotes competition and consumer choice for individuals, communities, municipalities, and state and federal government entities. I am also interested in the development of United States and international policies that relate to all the above.
