Juliana is graduated in Business Administration and holds a master in Public Administration and Government at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), where she was a researcher for GEPI (Innovation research and teaching group) at the Law School. She also worked for the Ministry of Culture and the Presidency, as an advisor for the Secretariat of Strategic Issues headed by Minister Roberto Mangabeira Unger. Ms Nolasco also coordinated the Center for Digital Culture and Brazilian Music, at the Auditório Ibirapuera and directed the Trama College Project, related to independent musical labels. She was project manager for the Asas Institute/Red Bull and has worked as a consultant for many cultural institutions, such as UNESCO, Casa de Cultura Digital, Instituto Overmundo and Eletrocooperativa.
