Victor Ndonnang is an experienced IT Consultant and young Internet Entrepreneur. He is also an activist of the multistakeholder Internet Governance process and strong supporter of the Open Internet as the catalyst for social and economic development and jobs creation.

He is the Founder and CEO of NV Consulting, a company he founded to provide IT Services, Internet strategic advice and domain names services to small businesses, organizations and individuals in Cameroon, Africa and around the world.

Victor Ndonnang is an ICANN Fellow, member of College International of AFNIC and founding member of the Internet Society (ISOC) Cameroon Chapter. He is the 2012 Laureate of the Internet Society Next Generation Leaders Programme with the project "Safer Internet Cameroon" which aims to help make the Internet safe for young people in Cameroon.

He is interested and available to support and participate in any project or organization which mission is to provide access to the Internet to everyone, especially those who do not yet have access. In that spirit, He is interested in the Internet infrastructure development, local content and deployment of IPv6 in Africa.
