Samantha Bradshaw is a Research Assistant at the Centre for International Governance Innovation in Waterloo Canada, and a member of the Global Commission on Internet Governance Secretariat.

Samantha is interested in a wide variety of Internet governance issues, including intellectual property rights, cyber security and espionage, the relationship between development and information and communication technology, human rights online, critical Internet resources and data governance.

Samantha holds a Joint Honours BA in Political Science and Legal Studies from the University of Waterloo, and a MA in Global Governance from the Balsillie School of International Affairs.
