Selin Kaledelen obtained her LL.B. from İstanbul Bilgi University, as well as completing Political Science. Afterwards, she went to pursue her master studies in Lunds Universitet on European Business Law where she wrote her master thesis on "The Internet Service Providers' Liability In case Of Copyright Infringements in Digital Era". She came back to Turkey in 2013 and worked for several law firms while she was giving tutorials in respect of freedom of speech on the internet, survelliance and related human rights.

Nowadays, she is dealing with the preparation of her doctoral proposal related the freedom of speech in cyber envoirenment. She is also a member of several NGOs. Currently, she works for Deris Patent and Trademark Agency.

For IGF; she has translated the English version of the The Charter of Human Rights and Principles for Internet" into Turkish collaborating with Ms. Burcu Bakioğlu.
