I'm a researcher at the Center for Technology and Society (CETYS) and Professor at the Universidad de San Andres (Buenos Aires). I am currently working on cybersecurity governance frameworks, digital citizenship and participatory challenges in Internet organizations. I am the academic director of the Diploma in Internet Governance (DIGI) at CETYS. I was a MAG member (2012-14) and have been involved in Internet governance issues since the preparations for WSIS in 2004. I have held Internet policy related positions in the past as G. M at LACTLD (2011-16). I hold a PhD in Social Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires.
