Bilal SEN has both strategic and operational level experience in the field of combatting and prevention of cyber crimes since 2000. Bilal played key role setting up Department of Cyber Crimes of Turkish National Police. He did work at Department of Cyber Crimes as a Unit Director until June 2014. Currently he is still part of Turkish National Police as 4th Grade Police Director. 

Bilal received several trainings worldwide and also shared his experiences with numerous countries’ law enforcement and judicial bodies training programme during his carrier. He is PHD candidate and he has experience to be part time lecturer at Police Academy and Justice Academy. He supervised several world wide recognized successful cyber crimes investigations. Bilal enjoyed taking part of several projects of international organisations in relation of digital evidence and cyber crimes investigations. He has international work experiences included UN (2003-2004) and holding many international institutions awards in the field of cyber crimes.
