Ambassador Benedicto Fonseca Filho is Director of the Department of Scientific and Technological Affairs of the Ministry of External Relations, Itamaraty of Brazil. A trained diplomat by profession, since he was appointed Ambassador in 2010 he has participated in several international forums related with Internet governance issues such as IGF, the WSIS process, the CSTD, the GAC at ICANN and at Netmundial, among others
