Chiara Giovannini holds a master degree in European Law. Since 2002, she works for ANEC as Senior Manager, Policy & Innovation. She is responsible for the sectors of Design for All (Accessibility) and Information Society, including Smart Meters/Grids, and supports the development of horizontal policy positions.

ANEC is the European consumer voice in standardisation. This means we represent the European consumer interest in the creation of technical standards, especially those developed to support the implementation of European laws and public policies.
