Emily Taylor is an Internet governance and policy professional. Her work includes the annual World Report on Internationalised Domain Names (lead author) for EURid and UNESCO with the support of Verisign.  She has also contributed to reports for the UK regulator, Ofcom, a review of ICANN's policy development process, and she served as an evaluator for the ICANN new gTLD process.  Emily is a member of the Global Commission on Internet Governance Research Advisory Network. She chaired the independent WHOIS Review Team for ICANN (2010-2012), and has served on the IGF MAG (2006-2012). Emily has co-founded an ICANN accredited registrar, Netistrar, and Guard UK, which offers secure internet services and brand protection. As Director of Legal and Policy for Nominet, Emily devised and implemented the award winning .uk Dispute Resolution Service.
