Dominique is a London-based digital policy and strategy consultant and works on cyber security policy and Internet governance for the GSM Association. Her career began in Silicon Valley as one of the early employees of Yahoo!. She spent five years there working on streaming media, search and website editorial. After a brief stint at eBay, she moved to Apple to launch the first iTunes stores. In 2005 Dominique moved to London to complete a master’s degree in Information Systems Management at the London School of Economics. She has lived in London ever since working as a freelance digital strategist, three years of which were spent at the TaxPayers’ Alliance working on digital policy prior to the GSMA. She has a long held interest in Internet governance and has written and spoken on digital issues over the years. She holds a BA from Cornell University and a second master’s degree from the University of Bath. Currently she sits on the Open Data User Group board in the Cabinet Office and participates on the Multistakeholder Advisory Group on Internet Governance, both in the United Kingdom.
