Mr Manuel Haces is Prospective Manager for NIC.MX. In this capacity he is responsible for political affairs, prospective research and corporate intelligence at the registry. Before joining the ccTLD he was a researcher at the School of Government and Public Policies at the University "TEC de Monterrey". As a political scientist he has experience in the re-design of government agencies, regulatory analysis and organizational strategy.
