Chairman of the Board, Coordination Center for Russian CC TLDs. A renowned industry expert and practitioner, Mikhail Medrish has been the CTO with largest Russian ISPs. He was the technical leader of the first Russian project of mass broadband Internet access services and IP TV, organized on the basis of ADSL technology and headed the Technical Division of AKADO - Europe's largest operator of broadband access to the Internet using HFC/DOCSIS technology.

He participated in the task forces to develop the fundamental Russian Internet regulatory documents under the aegis of the Ministry of Communications of Russia.

He currently is a member of the Council of Europe's Committee of experts on cross-border flow of Internet traffic and Internet freedom.
