I am IWPR’s Chief of Mission in Iraq, and member of the IWPR senior MENA Program Management Team. In my line of work, I focus primarily on legal reform in relation to general and public freedoms, including freedom of access to internet, right to information, freedom of expression, privacy issues, and copyright. I am also interested in the utilization of internet as a tool for grassroots activism, supporting development, and networking at-risk communities.
